Profile™ Dryers. Dryer shall be surface mounted with a one piece cast iron, stamped steel or stainless steel cover. The cast iron cover shall be 1/4" thick (6.35mm); the steel and stainless steel covers shall be16 gauge (1.5mm). The cast iron and steel covers shall be finished with an acid-resistant porcelain enamel finish and the stainless steel cover shall have satin or bright finish. The dryer shall not protrude more than 4" (102mm) from the wall and shall comply with ADAAG requirements. The motor shall be a 1/4 HP 7500 RPM brush type with dual sealed ball bearings. The dryer shall have a blower housing, fan and a totally enclosed heating element. The unit shall send 185 cubic feet per minute of 149 F (65 C) air through a tamper-resistant air exit and be protected by an automatic resetting thermal protection device. The unit shall have hands-free automatic stop/start infrared circuitry and self adjusting timeout and fail safe "off" protection. The entire unit shall be internally grounded and shall have universal voltage circuitry allowing it to operate at input voltages of 100 to 240 VAC-50/60 Hz. It shall be UL, CSA, and CE listed.
