The standard shapes are typical configurations.Grab bars can be custom designed and manufactured to meet any specific architectural requirement.
Designers Note: For a non-slip surface, specify suffix “P” (peened). When specifying grab bars insert the configuration type numbers listed on pages 40 and 41 into the double zeros at the end of the grab bar series number.
Example 1: A 1 1/2” (38 mm) concealed 18” x 33” (460 x 840 mm) horizontal grab bar has a model number — 3274. When a special size is needed add suffix “M” plus the size, to the closest standard bars.
Example 2: A 1 1/2” (38 mm) concealed 23” x 37” (585 x 940 mm) horizontal grab bar has a model number 3274-M2337.
